We aim to dispatch items within 3-5 days of your order. All items are sent via Royal Mail's tracked delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
All orders are charged a flat rate shipping cost regardless of the quantity of items ordered. The shipping rates vary depending on your country/region:
- UK: £5.99
- Europe: £9.99
- Rest of World: £19.99
How long will it take to get my order?
Below is a rough guide of how long orders can take to get to you once they've been dispatched.
- UK: 3-7 Business Days
- Europe: 14-28 Business days
- USA / Canada: 14-28 Business days
- Australia: 21-28 Business days
- Rest of World: 21-42 Business days
Please note: These estimates are not guarantees. Once your order has shipped, it is passed to the postal service who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.

Customs & Import Charges
All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information.
We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.
